Rates: $200 for 50 minute sessions
$100 for 25 minute sessions
Mental Performance Coaching
Mental coaching is about unlocking potential and optimizing performance. Whether it’s building confidence, managing stress, improving focus, or overcoming mental blocks, coaching provides practical strategies to help you perform at your best. With a focus on goal-setting, visualization, and mental toughness, you'll be equipped with the tools to excel both in competition and in life.

Mental Skills Groups

Groups are open for enrollment at any time. Cost of attendance is $50 per session (minimum of 3 attendees to hold group)
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Virtual or in-person interactive workshops offer athletes, coaches, parents and teams valuable tools to prioritize mental health. Topics range from building mental health skills to promoting team culture and emotional well-being. These workshops provide practical, actionable strategies that enhance performance, foster a neutral mindset, and cultivate strong team dynamics. By normalizing conversations about mental health, these presentations help athletes and teams improve holistically.
Consulting
Consultation services are available for sport and school social workers, as well as organizations looking to strengthen mental health support for athletes and students. From developing mental health programs to offering organizational guidance, our expertise helps teams and institutions meet their unique needs and enhance overall well-being.
Group consulting is also available for prospective social workers entering the athletics space.
