FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching also known as life coaching or motivational coaching is an interactive and collaborative approach to change. Goal setting is a task in itself and adding a coach to your team keeps you accountable and supported.
You can expect individualized care, confidentiality, and professionalism in each session with short homework assignments, reflections, and interventions to bring lasting results.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?
While I am a licensed therapist, the programs I offer are NOT therapy. Coaching is designed to be short-term and less intensive than therapy. Therapy uses evidence based systems to process and evaluate thought patterns and behaviors whereas coaching is focused on quick solutions and skill building in a shorter amount of time. Bring your goals, and I bring the path to reach them.
CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?
My intake process is very simple and customized to each client. Send me a message through email or text. The first meeting is free without obligation.
Consultations are 15 minutes and go over your needs and how I can accommodate. Intakes are 45-60 minutes and dive deeper into your specific needs and lay out a game plan for our work.

Typical 1:1 sessions are 45 minutes in length and cost $200 per session. Package discounts are available.
ARE YOU A PERSONAL TRAINER?
I currently do not hold any certifications to provide personal training and am not a replacement for any current coaching you receive in your specific sport. I do provide guidance through virtual or in-person sessions that may include workouts or other support strategies. Remember, these are your sessions to use however it serves you best.
IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?
Feel like you've tried everything already? Didn't connect with a sports psychologist or coach? An open mind and a goal is all I need to get you started. There is minimal risk to trying and building your tool box to get your game mindset on track.
You'll have at least one tool to try and build up your confidence in one session.
