Our first meeting is always free of charge. I want the professional relationship to be effective and successful, so let's meet and ensure we are a good fit. Bring your goals and ideas to this session so we can prepare for next steps.

1:1 SESSIONS

I have personally engineered several plans to target specific needs to reach your goals. Each plan is drafted with you in mind and catered to your goals. Current programs include: fueling your game, intuitive eating/nutrition, bouncing back from injury, and many more.

WORKBOOKS

Workbooks are a valuable part of the process if you prefer more self-help formatting. 1:1 sessions can augment these workbooks and guide your path on your terms.
