INTRODUCTION TO MENTAL PERFORMANCE

This is designed for my clients who are curious about the program and want more information and immersion into the programs. This can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks and is less hands-on so you can decide where you want to start. This program ranges in price depending on your plan - pricing will be made clear during the free consultation.

Emotion Management

MENTAL CONDITIONING & FUELING YOUR GAME

Mental toughness... it's more than the physical game itself. Through this program, you can expect to channel different aspects of mental conditioning such as growth mindset, visualization, mantras, emotion management and neutrality. This is my most intensive and engaging program for anyone looking to bring an edge of performance psychology to their game.

Overcoming Injury

MENTALLY OVERCOMING INJURY

Mentally overcoming an injury can be more arduous than the physical recovery. This program caters to those who need a mental push to get back on track with training and performance. 

Mind & Body

MIND & BODY

The mind-body duality model addresses how our physical self informs our mental wellbeing and vice versa. During these 8 weeks, you'll learn and appreciate how to tap into each aspect to maximize effort and training. Mindfulness, meditation education, and channeling emotion are large components of this program as well. This is my most customizable program available.

Healthy Diet Healthy Mind

INTUITIVE EATING & NUTRITION

What makes your nutrition and eating habits intuitive? With this program, I'll teach you methods to make the most out of your meals and enhance the eating experience. This can including meal prepping, cooking styles, mindfulness and dispelling food myths.
